Structural Safety Monitoring

Conducting public transport shield tunnel projects in urban areas must ensure smooth construction while also protecting adjacent structures such as historic sites. In addition to strengthening the soil at the interface with structures, monitoring instruments must be installed on and around the structures and surface to establish observational data on structural deformation, surface subsidence, and groundwater level changes, which serve as the basis for assessing the extent of the impact on the structures due to construction. If necessary, immediate response measures should be taken to prevent the extent of the impact on the structures from continuing to grow.

The AnaSystem Cloud IoT Platform automatically transmits monitoring data to the cloud data collection platform Senslink through the intelligent communication recorder SensMini A4, providing an automated data collection method to assist engineers with the real-time monitoring needs required for ensuring structural safety.
